1. The service

Prolectio provides automated analysis of publicly accessible developer documentation ("scans"), published rankings ("the Index"), score badges, and related reports. Scans read public pages only, honor robots.txt, and operate at polite request rates.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Accounts may only scan properties they are authorized to test beyond public-page analysis.

3. Scores and the Index

Scores are automated, dated assessments of public documentation under a published, versioned methodology. They are opinions produced by a described process, not statements about any company's products, security, or business. Corrections and re-scans are available as described in the methodology.

4. Badges

Badges display the current published score and may not be altered, misrepresented, or applied to properties they don't describe.

5. Acceptable use

No use of the service to harass, to misrepresent competitors, to probe systems you don't control, or to circumvent rate limits or robots directives.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans bill monthly via our payment processor; cancellation takes effect at period end. Current plans and prices are published at prolectio.com/pricing.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. Legal notices may be sent to contact@prolectio.com.
